A CRC error can mean 1 of 2 things either a part got corrupted during download or you did not type navitotal. Do not cut and paste

TomTom does not have a map that covers Egypt. Sorry!

Hi pardon my ignorance, but the link of the front page for the postcode 'zip' file, are we meant to download this from the TT site, only I cant find it? I have changed my Go 300 to the 8.414 navcore (8.414 GO 300-500 auto install) and installing UK and Ireland 870.3406 (auto installer and activation) I just cant find the postcode file to go with it.

1. Yes.
2. The link takes you to the TT post code page. On that page, click on your computer's OS, which will then show download instructions.

I have a One XL with Navcore 9.205. I have downloaded 3 different maps now from the 865. and 870, groups, all of which had a nice row of green ticks in the chart in the first post showing they should work OK with that device and Navcore, but all 3 give the message that the map will not work in this device followed by what may be a reference to the meta file, not sure.
What am I doing wrong here? Its very frustrating!
