Hi, I was trying to download the 880.3868 Canada Alaska map and the LinkSave page is saying Wrong Password. The usual password works with the 3811 version. Any ideas?

I had no problem with the Canada Alaska 880.3868 with Automatic Installer & Patcher version.

Thanks. I was trying the version without the installer; didn't try the other one.

I had an issue with it also, hence the posting of the other version for you.

popeye, i downloaded Australia 880.3865 with Automatic Installer & Patcher and installed it under TT path, everything seemed to be OK. however, when i restarted my TT it said "No Maps Found" error massage ! any idea please? thanks heaps !:helpsos:

If your navcore is not 8.2XX or higher you have a compatibility issue. If it is 8.2XX or higher, then your navcore is not patched. FastActivate 24.11.2011 {1.8.8.0} Select the Premium version.

thanks Tendriver for your prompt reply. is 8.2XX the TomTom device version or ? my TT is GO 720. then how can i find my device version details. if as you said my TT is not 8.2XX version then i have no way can get this Aussie 880.3865 map working on my Tomtom? is that right ? please advise. many thanks,

Go here: TomTom Current Config for newbies {29.09.2011} Read the instructions. Run this & post the results here.

hi Tendriver, is the above info you asked for ? i don;t have a TTcurrentconfig.exe file. all i have is a tomtom-cfg folder where i got the above info from, strange though. please advise further. much appreciated,
