Of course you don't. You have to download it. Please re-read post 149.

Your 720 has navcore 8002 which is not compatible with 3865, which is not the best map for your unit.
Current navcore for a 720 is 8.351. Run TT Home "Update my GO" to get your navcore up to date. You may have to run this several times.
Download SE_ttsystem.8.351.9982.rar Once you have 8.351 loaded, copy the ttsystem file in this .rar to your device, overwriting the existing ttsystem file.
Delete the ttgo.bak & ttgo.ori files. you don't need them anymore.

Australia_880_3810 with Automatic Installer & Patcher Download & install this map
Scroll toward the bottom of the LinkSave.in page, that opens, until you see "The visitorpassword that you have entered is wrong" notice.
Below this notice, is a gray box titled Visitorpassword. Type navitotal in the gray box & click enter. The download link/links will be at the bottom
of the page that opens. Use the single downward pointing arrow under the word "Download" to download the map.

Disconnect & reboot.

Don't give up yet!! A X20 unit will run every navcore in the TT collection, with 1 or 2 exceptions. You are only getting about half utilization out of your unit with your current setup.

I hate to be a p.i.t.a but I just want to make sure I'm downloading the right map and not wasting my time since my internet connection is so slow. I'm downloading usa_and_cananda880.3868. is this the best map for my unit and is there any difference between that and 3867, and 3866? thanks in advance.:scratch_one-s_head_

Following the links from post 1 for Western and Central Europe 880.3810 with automatic installer & patcher, leads to [Please Register or Login to download file] . But that page shows "Part07.rar" listed twice! Should there actually be 13 parts rather than the 12 identified?

If you will look 11 parts are 200MB and the last part 12 is 113MB. There are only 12 parts even though linksave says 13. I took the dup part 7. Now it says 12
