If I choose Fuel Prices in Services on the 730, it tells me how to sign up, so it doesn't seem to be patched. Speed cams does the same thing (in my original unpatched system, choosing speed cams goes into the settings. but the patched version just tells me how to sign up).
2. If TT Home won't update patched fuel prices, then how do I update?
1. Put a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file & FA in the map folder & run it from there.
2. Same way you originally got fuel prices.

I never had fuel prices, only speed cams. I put ttgo.bif in root folder of memory card and ran FA to patch maps (worked), but you are saying ttgo.bif has to be in map folder instead?

1. Your posts 238 & 240 led me to believe you already had fuel prices installed. You can get them here: General Discussions about TomTom.
2. Normally no, but we see cases, when it becomes necessary to do so.

North America 2GB 880.3862_Installer parts 3 and 4 won't download, giving this error
Unfortunately the file you have requested cannot be downloaded at this time. Please contact us and let us know about this issue.
Also, for some reason there are "two" part 6 in the files list.

parts 3 & 4 working now. just use one part 6. That is a mistake. I will correct. Thanks

After part3 shorted once it finally downloaded but now a WinRAR (3.90) test gets CRC errors on parts 3 and 5.
! North America 2GB 880.3862_Installer.part3.rar: CRC failed in North America 2GB 880.3862\cline.dat. The file is corrupt
! North America 2GB 880.3862_Installer.part5.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file North America 2GB 880.3862\cname.dat (wrong password ?)
Why would part5 be a different password?

The 885 edition maps rolled out 3 days ago. NA 885.4087 replaces 880.3862. May I suggest you wait a few days & download the 885 edition.

I should probably ask if I was getting a good one to begin with as I'm new at this and just upgraded a freshly repaired TTO XLS with navecore 9.205.547817 running off an 8 gig micro SDHC (obviously in an SD adapter).
