radiak wrote:Hi Popeye. I have tried to install UK version 880. I have Binatone device and successfully installed 875 version which works fine, but 880 i follow the same steps but it says no maps found (in English). I have copy all files from old memory card where 875 working fine and then put 880 version maps and run Fastactivte. Got successfull message but device says no maps found. Any idea which steps i would have not done properly.

Not sure what you mean by I have copy all files from old memory card
I know the map works because I have it myself.

Have you copied the complete 'United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_880_3810' folder onto your device or just some of the files?

You could also try updating to the new :-

AutoActivate_28.08.2011_v1.8.7.2.exe
FastActivate_28.08.2011_v1.8.7.2.exe

AutoActivate 23.10.2011 {1.8.7.4}
FastActivate 23.10.2011 {1.8.7.4}

Below this notice, is a gray box titled Visitorpassword:. Type navitotal in the gray box & click enter. The download links will be at the bottom
of the page that opens. Use the single down pointing arrow under the word "Download" to download the map.

Why no torrents instead of all these creepy file sites, with their trojan installing advertisements?

Torrents don't work well for us. I've never gotten a bug from downloading any of our uploads.

I've never had any trojans or adverts being downloaded either, yes there are a couple of pictures and if you click on them they take you away to "I think it is a Russian porn site" but even that did not load any cookies either.

But like myself once you get used to how they do things here and never having to worry about ratio's, then maybe you will like it.
