Hi guys

Im having trouble getting the 895 maps to work my tomtom just keeps saying no maps found, I have download the United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_895_4444 with Automatic Installer & Patcher which has meta file 622, & when that didn't work I ran fastactive still no joy any help is greatly appreciated. I read something about a meta or mymeta.txt do I need this.

No maps found usually means your map is incomplete or inside a sub folder.

Have you made sure the meta.txt file contains the meta text and is in the same location (usually the root folder) as the FastActive activator?

"No maps found" is the classic message for an unpatched navcore. Confirm the presence of a .meta.dct file in the 4444 map folder to eliminate the remote possibility of a map problem.

Thanks for the replies there is a .meta file but no meta.dct ? the files in the directories look the same as the original tomtom files.
I'll try & download another 895 map & see. thanks

1. The map is not patched.
2. Before you do this, put a copy of your devices ttgo.bif file & FastActivate 1.8.9.0 19/10/2012 in the 4444 map folder & rerun the map patching option!! Check again for the meta.dct file. If there is one this time, disconnet & reboot.

Dam it could be the fastactivate the one I have is 02.12.10, I did have a look for one the other day on this site & the link took me no where so I tried this older one. Have you the link to download the latest version ? cheers

Look in post 1 of the map threads or look in TT Tools. Yes there is a link in the FastActivate Premium 1.8.9.0 Updated 19.10.2012 thread & it is active.
