I have pmd Popeye with a location where poi.dat, crpo1.dat files and folder from the full version of North America 855.2884 can be found - on the basis that the maps are the same level of detail (not that I know for sure, of course!).

poi.dat:

crpoi.dat:
[Please Register or Login to download file]

Brands:
[Please Register or Login to download file]

The Brand.zip file must be unzipped into the brand folder.

This is a size comparison with the NA 2GB version files. If you elect to download the poi.dat, then you must also download the crpoi.dat.

I am a bit new to this site. i have downloaded and patched successfully the latest Australian Map....however in the tomtom home2 console...the "home" and "favorites" are greyed out (dimmed)...can you help me in resolving this?

Did you copy the mapsettings.cfg file in the old map folder & copy it to the new map foldeer?

THe map links are NOT infested with any virus. reling is where the files are stored.. Just ckick "close window" and you will see files.

this might sound like a dumb question but what is the difference between the maps? i mean should i get 855.2883 or 855.2982?

Neither one!!! 860 is the current edition. There is a chart in post 1 of each map thread that shows the features of each map version & which navcores that version is compatible with.

why is it after installing it comes up with no map found
