Many thanks for the new maps!

I have a few questions:

 1. What is the difference between Maps 860.3101 and 860.3106? According to the chart they both have the same features and are compatible with the same NavCore versions.
 2. What is the difference between USA & Canada and North American? They are the same geographical area?
 3. What features do maps 860.3128 (eg United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland 860.3128) have? Its not shown in the chart.
 4. Do 860.3102 versions exist of: United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland & Western and Central Europe?
 5. What does the P stand for in some map names (eg USA Canada and Mexico P 860.3121)
Many thanks for your help.

1. I have not seen a 860.3106 map
2. NA maps are full featured or partially featured. US&C maps have no features.
3. None
4. No. 3102 maps have HNR...House Numbering. It's for Russia and Greece that do not use a conventional numbering system in some areas.
5. If you find the answer, please let us know.

The reason you can not find Europe Truck 860.3122 is because it has it's own topic page located here; Latest Europe TRUCK Maps

Hi again guys,

Just curious what am I doing wrong?
I am not getting the TomTom to read the Street names? It keeps saying I need a computer voice but I am using Lori which already came with it.
I have the TomTom One XL with the (Australia 860.3101 (Speech + IQ).

You are not doing anything wrong. Lori is a recorded voice. You do indeed need a computer voice. The bad news is your unit has 32MB RAM memory. LoquendoTTS computer voices need 64MB.
Go here: VOICES VocalizerTTS Read posts 1 & 2.

Hi Tendriver,

Thank you.

I read that post but it says it works in 32MB RAM? I installed the Australian Karen Voice and it did NOT work. I then installed the US Samantha and it worked :)
One more thing, I don't have a setconfig folder, is there a need for that? It's all working fine, do I still need it?
My TomTom one XL has 512MB on Built in Memory.

As for the other voices that I downloaded prior from the link you gave me in a few posts back...They seem to be all over the place, and only some of them work. For example, MR T, Snoop and John Cleese Works but many others don't?
Also, the maps /flags next to the voices are showing different languages even though they are engilsh!

Hope you can help.

Best Regards,

1. VocalizerTTS voices work with 32MB RAM, not LoquendoTTS. Karen is the 1 Vocalizer voice that doesn't work.
2. If all is working fine, then NO.
3. What is the link for these?

Thank you once again.
Not sure what LoquendoTTS, but guessing I don't have to worry about it :)

LoquendoTTS voices are the standard computer voices for units with at least 64MB RAM memory.

Your USA, C&M map is way out of date. Editions 845, 850, & 855 are all P. If you need all 3 countries, then 3121 is for you.
