Sorry but I don't know the answer to the problem, which looks like it is because the file is not unRaring (decompressing) properly and you are getting CRC errors.
The only thing I can say is to try a different program to unRar your file.
Which program to try,,,, again I don't know as I have started getting a lot of CRC errors myself and not just files from here, I suspect possibly a MS update is the problem, but again that is just a guess as we always blame MS for everything when things don't work properly.
Also make sure the file is on your actual HDD and not on a separate/removable HDD.
I just keep trying to unrar the file until it eventually unrars without any CRC errors.
Maybe the question should be either:
What causes CRC errors, or how do I stop getting CRC errors?
