Could someone help me update my One XL please?

Hi

It's been years since I fiddled with my One XL, but I found it in a drawer today and thought it'd be good to get it updated.

I have the Western and Central Europe map on a 2GB SD card at present, along with Guam (which I seem to recall was needed for the W/C Europe map to work ). I'm not that bothered about Central Europe, but UK and Western Europe (with Post Code search and maybe even Speed Camera alerts) would be good.
