Hello All,

I downloaded two maps from the proper place here in the forum and I am baffled. The maps are all 895_4438, one is Europe 2Gb and the other is Brasil. After downloading and moving the maps into my TT. When I run fastActivate Premium 1.8.9.0, it doesn't find the new maps. Since the meta is already posted on the forum, why I can't patch those maps ?.

If the meta code is not already included in FA, simply paste the code into a text file and save it meta.txt inside the map folder, copy FA there too and run it.

Thanks for your answer. I did what you suggest, still FA couldn't find the maps and patch it. Waiting on any extra step I might be missing.

If both FA and the meta are inside the map folder it must work unless your map files are incomplete (*.meta missing).

For FastActivate to patch a map using this method, you must also have a copy of your unit's ttgo.bif file in the map folder.

I went ahead and re downloaded a small map to make sure everything is working. I just finished installing the freshly downloaded Brazil_895_4438 with Automatic Installer & Patcher and when it gets to download the meta for the file but when is time to patch it can only find the older map that I am currently using. Can someone clarify me what am I doing wrong please ?

If you have a download button for the meta you are using an old version of FA, please use the link for FA provided in the 895 map thread.
