how to put maps v 8.7 in TOMTOM GO LIVE 1005

I have buy in Italy a TOMTOM GO LIVE 1005 , with spec above :
Tomtom GO live 1005
Navcore : 10.040.584798
Europe : v .8.55.3019
Boot: 534808
GPS : 2.16.201.75147

Now i want to put in my tomtom 1005 the new maps 8.7 : but i cant connect my tomtom to PC software tomtom home 2...how to put the new maps to my new tomtom 1005 ?

Or how to update the navcore ?

AS this runs v10 navcore, you can ONLY add maps/check for updates etc direct fromTT through a new method called MyTomTom [Please Register or Login to download file] from their site instead of the original program called TomTomHome.
This applies to ALL new devices since Sep-10 and includes :-

GO 1000
GO 1005
Via 120
Via 125
GO LIVE 800
GO LIVE 825
GO 7100
GO 7150
GO 7100 TRUCK
GO 7150 TRUCK
GO 9100
GO 9150

Start 25

it's not true, tt go 1xxx connect with pc on tcp protocol, u have ip adress from tt go 1xxx when u connect navi and every time wen u connect, have always another pass for connection protocol.

If you can crack any v10 device then you're a far better man thay ANYONE around here or ANY other TomTom forum who has been trying for over 12 months!

Pie-in-the-sky, pipe dreams, Chinese whispers, Wiki leaks etc spring to mind, but even a Russian version is easy to translate/re-write for the rest of USA, Western Europe, Far East etc so please share it if it's out there.
