I would go with navcore 8.412 or 8.414. Use an Iberia map.

Have patched the Navcore or used the SE version?
The map must be activated and a patched/SE Navcore used.

1. Open the map folder & look for a .meta.dct file. No file = map not patched.
2. If map is patched, download [Please Register or Login to download file] . Unzip and copy the 2 prepatched files to the root directory, overwriting common files. Disconnect & reboot.

LATEST POSTCODES Version 885 (GREAT BRITAIN, NEDERLAND & SINGAPORE) [Please Register or Login to download file]
Extract and copy the "Zip" folder to the root of your TomTom.

1. The only times I have seen it not work was when it wasn't installed correctly.

2. Do you mean 885.4009 & 885.4058?? If yes, the meta codes for both of those maps have not been posted yet, therefore, those maps are not patchable at this time.

As said: no meta code, no usable map on the device.
So before you install a map check if the codes are available.
