Hello, I am new to this forum and never updated my tomtom..so please be patient...:)

I have tomtom go 740 live (I bought it in US but use in Canada and US most of the time). Version on US and Canada map I have on device is 825.2157

I want to upgrade to the latest version US and Canada on the device and as option to get map of central Europe on sim card o I can use it traveling in Europe (this spring).

Can someone explain me step by step what to do?

What version can I load on the device?

Add a copy of your ttgo.bif to the SD, add the map of your choice and activate using FastActivate premium.
Same for the internal memory, except that you already have the ttgo.bif there.
Check the map thread and the provided infos in it.
