New map 890.4237 for Carminat works only one time, can anybo

Hi Guys!

I've got a Carminat Tomtom with internal Navcore v.8.842.
I always have the latest maps without problems.
Actually, I have Iberia 886.4055 and it works fine. I put it on a SD card with navcore 8.841 and it runs without problems, with navcore in the SD Card...
The problem starts when I try to put 890 version map of Iberia...
The same Sd card, navcore 8.841 and map Iberia 890.4237...
In this last case, SD Card runs well with 8.841 navcore, the maps runs well too until I put GPS off. When I restart GPS, tha map in the folder is simply deleted, the folder becames empty!!!

If I put a 885 map, the SD Card works great. With 890 map, it works fine only once a time...

Any Ideias?

Never heard of that before to be honest.
What happens if you add the new map?
You have to select the new map in the menu, if it still works after a restart and the new map stays selected you can delete the old map folder.

Simply as I wrote...
I always maded my SDCard this way, I have it saved in computer and I just add a map folder.
In PC, I have the base extruture with all the things except map folder.
That is what I've done this time.
I put new Iberia 890.4237 map and I've made dct key with Albert's Activator.
When I put this SD Card in Carminat, it acepts SD Card and shows the map well, like ever as done, but when I put GPS off and make it on again, map folder on the card is simply empty!!! Map, radars, safety cams and all other things in map folder just gone!!!
I tried this a lot of times... always the same result...
If I put 885 Iberia map on card, it works fine, but 890 map just becames erased after first use and Carminat shows a message that there's no map at second time...

Strange...

Any ideas?

The same map, with navcore 8.842 in card, after beeing cracked with Albert's Activator, shows a message that map isn't for that device...

All older maps works perfectly...

Maybe I'm doing something wrong... Anyone have made this map working yet in a Carminat GPS?

It might be that the map is not compatible with the Carminat, have you checked if you can order that map over Home?
According to the map chart it should be correct though...
Do you use an internet or data connection of any sort for your Carminat?
