Tom Tom Go Live 820

Hello,i have tom tom go live 820.how i can update my maps.
When i conect the device with my computer i cannot see drive in my computer.
I also installed tomtom getstarted.

Check here
All Navcore 10/11 based devices can't be updated, you have to buy your maps from TT.
