TOM TOM XL IQ

Hi
I downloaded the map central and eastern europ 925.5412 for my tomtom XL IQ but it seems not working for me. when i start my tomtom it says: you cant use this map for your device
Can somebody help? i read many topics but still not sure what i need.
my tomtom:
Tomtom XL IQ ( Canada 310 N14644 )
Tomtom 9.510
which map can i use? i tryed the 925.5412 because support IQ Route

Download FastActivate from here and copy it to the root of your device....then run it from there and use options 2 & 3 to patch the map and navcore.

What voice do you have loaded?

Where can i see it? I tryed to change the system language but still dont work.
Should i see the installed voices in the root of my tomtom? Because there is no files called voice?!

In the root of your TomTom there should be a folder called "Voices" in there should be some files like this

Do you have a LoquendoTTS folder in the root of your TomTom?
