Hi tendriver,
Thanks to you and all good people in forum for grait work and support. Now regarding your answer to peebee in post #135,the same thing happend to me when I started using downloads.
In many cases when a password is given is used to open rar file after download, but at Linksave is used to access download. Also Linksave page opens in German not in English, not big dil it can be cklict on small english flag and shows in that language,
may be that was making things hard for peebee.
We new in forum need a bit time to learn and adjust.
Thanks regards cfive-1.

1. You are Welcome.
2. peebee had several issues. Did you have all of them also?
3. One should not assume, that all is done the same in every forum.
4. Navitotal is an English Only forum. I have never had LinkSave open in anything but English.
5. That is why we are here to help.

Correct. That is the one 875 zoned map that does NOT include Germany.

On the map you can see that Germany is covered!?
I need a map W_E. from this size that coverers Germany and Spain!
Any solutions?

Why not just use a bigger SD Card?
A 4 GB card (Micro or standard) that way you can have the whole of Europe and space to spare.

I think part of the confusion may be between the different maps.

You started by saying using the " W_E or Western Europe" but now talking about the "Western Zone" which is not the same thing.

As for some of the pictures, they may be old pictures and still be being used.

IE.
Western zone vs Western Europe.

Western zone
Western_Europe
Western_and_Central_Europe_2GB
Europe_1GB_West
Europe_West

.

Post #142 tells you exactly which countries are covered in 875 zoned maps.
870 and previous may have had different countries/coverage which is just a typical TT cock-up/change-for-the-sake-of-change

PS 870 zoned Europe_West did not include Germany either!

PPS you can always go to tt website and go through "buy map" to see what's on offer on each map

If you are right then cover;
Southern zone
"Full door to door navigation in the following countries is included:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Canary Islands and the Vatican City.

I have to download these maps:
Europe_South_875.3613 [1.54GB]
Europe_1GB_South_875_3675 [780MB]

If a map is called Europe_South, Europe_West etc that is a zoned (smaller) map

If the map is called Western_Europe, Central_Europe etc then that's a larger map normally covering more countries but is probably too large for smaller memory devices.

So, unless you can use a larger SD card you'll need to be selective in what maps you go for.
