Activation of maps with equivalent metas. If you have a map that has no meta, you may be able to activate it if there is an equivalent meta.

So, in simple terms (Northern_US_and_Canada_990_8366 example):

Download/decompress/copy the map that you want to activate (but for which you don't have the meta).
Delete the relavent .meta file
Copy into the map folder the .meta file from the other map (same country - compatible as number) for the same country
Activate the map with the usual system.

For example:

Copy map Northern_US_and_Canada_990_8366
Delete map 990_8366 meta file (Northern_US_and_Canada-101188.meta)
Copy the meta of 990_8367 (Northern_US_and_Canada-101189.meta) that has meta code into map 990_8366 folder
Unlock the map.

The equivalent numbers are:

990.8301 = 990.8305 = 990.8306 = 990.8362 = Truck
990.8317 = 990.8318 = 990.8319 = 990.8365 = 990_8366 = 990_8367

Very important: only when the size of the meta files that we are going to change are the same
