I downloaded the following map: Western_Europe_995_8549 for my TomTom XL, and rekaced it with an older map in the root folder.

Unfortunately I get the following error when trying to activate with the latest FastActivate.exe (updated):

I have tried everything to patch the map, including trying different regions and different map versions.
Would highly appeciate if anyone can help me. Thnx in advance

There is no metacode availble for this map and without a code it can,t be activated.

But I see the following code in the Updated_meta.txt file in the root folder:
26 A1 03 E7 40 50 93 5A FC B4 32 A7 A1 C2 62 31 Europe_West-101296.meta ; Europe_West 995_8549

Isnt this sufficient? I am srry but I have very little understanding of meta codes.

What map version would work, I have tried 4 different ones all get errors.

Europe West is something differend. So download Europe West
