ALG on tomtom one XL

ALG on tomtom one XL

Postby Dikkeknikker » Tue Aug 06, 2013 5:19 pm

Well I have a burning headache with this device :)

I have :
ttgo.bif:
DeviceName=TomTom ONE XL
DeviceVersionHW=ONE XL
DeviceSerialNumber=xxxxxxxxxx
BootLoaderVersion=55250
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9485
ApplicationVersion=1074274.99
CurrentMap=Western_Europe_910_4973
CurrentMapVersion=910.4973

Map(s):
H:\Western_Europe_910_4973\
H:\Benelux_905_4754\

Storage:
Size 3812MB, Free 1704MB

The map should support ALG but on this device i can't get it working. On the smaller TomTom Go I get Benelux_905_4754\ with ALG running.
I run the map from a 4GB SDHC memory card.

Does anyone have a clue on what I might be doing wrong?

If Main Menu, Change preferences has an Advanced preferences icon, open it & confirm that "Show lane images" is checked.

My Navcores are by default in SELF mode, emulating the device it was installed on.
If you have a limited device it means you will only have the features your device would have with the original Navcore.

Just check my Navcores with installer and maybe the tutorial section in regards to emulations.
Basically you make your TT look like a different model.

Take a look at X20, X30, X40 & X50. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Thx guys .. I changed it to the X20 and it runs perfect :) Other modes work also but can't see any difference exept design in the menu.

The X20 runs also fine on TOMTOM XL
