Have you tried to run FA again ;)
Hint: Without a ttgo.bif FA can't acivate maps, and since you wiped the device clean,
the ttgo.bif was created after your first testrun ;)

No I used the one I had in my backup as suggested before.

So I erased the ttgo.bif files from the root and in the map foler
I started my TT again
I plugged it in back into my computer and copied and paste the new ttgo.gif
ran a FA again
still don't have the meta.dtc
still have the message on the TT "you can't use this map on this GPS

Is a meta code posted with your map?
Do you really use the latest version of FastActivate?

After you confirm that the map has a meta code & therefore is usable, put a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file & FastActivate 04.04.2013 in the unzipped map folder.. Run FA option 1 to update the meta.txt, then run FA to patch the map

It works!...thanks to a friend who downloaded the map and fast activate for me and tried it on his computer. The problem came from my anti-virus software that was blocking FA.
I can plan routes to another European country, I've got voices; the only thing I can see I no longer have is my home address. i don not have access to the "Home" icon on my TT.
It's not a huge problem but if there is a solution...! I'm going to look around on the forum but I wouldn't want to mess up anything.

Thank you for your help.;)

Haha, home address is empty now because it was in your former map.
In mapsetting.cfg if I'm not mistaken.

You can add home address at another point in options. One or two screen down.
Don't know which one by heart, but did it yesterday.

It's no problem, you can correct this in half a minute.

Same thing with favorites.
You can't navigate to favorites before you entered and classified them as favorite.

I'm glad activating the map succeeded.

For future problem free use, put an exception for FA in your AVS.

please help, how come when i try to download the SE ASIA map
i get this from First Load

Dear Visitor,

we apologize, but Firstload is currently not available in your country.

While we strive to provide a global service, we are not able to launch in literally every country for the time being. We hope to be at some point in the not so distant future.

Thank you for your understanding,

Your Firstload Team

is there other maps for Philippines?
can i get one or not?

tnx

edit: i have a navman c60 and its already unlock, then im trying my luck by installing TomTom and basically i just try to follow the directions given in the "run tomtom on mio moov........"

You might want to consider to click on the actual link and not on the ads, all our files are located on free hosting sites - firstload is just an ad.

hey downunder: actually ive read the thread about downloading, and tendriver said not to download all parts, so i tried it again and i downloaded the first part

now i get transfered to filefactory

which is now im gonna ask if do i need to sign up with filefactory to download the maps?
cause i can't seem to find any download button for it.

tnx:)

edit edit:

I've sign up using my google account, question now is when i downloaded it by pressing the orange arrow at first, it then gets transfered into my inbox, then i click the arrow down button on the email like interface, and i don't know if it did download.
nothing seems to happen

any help, im really having problems with this:focus:

1. no need to sing up as all our files are hosted for free
2. don't use Filefactory to download, use your browser or Jdownloaer instead

got it:)

ok after signing up and pressing different download buttons i finally was able to download it:rofl_mini:
i downloaded jdownloader but ended up deleting it.

now follow up questions, since the SE ASIA has 2 parts, how do i install it on my navman?
does it require combining it? or i can just transfer those 2 files on my navman?

tnx again

I though we are talking about Tomtom and not Navmans here....
By the way: you might want to consider reading the instructions inside the 905 map thread....
