1. Click the link and wait till it fully loads

2. In the new screen, click the lower (and smaller) blue download button

3. Download the specific file you wanted.

I'm not suggesting that Navitotal does FORCE downloading of crapware, but there is certainly crapware on the page to which the link leads. I can see only one download button, not two, which Razorblatter indicates and the one (the only one!)which you have given in your post doesn't lead anywhere when I press it!

There does NOT seem to be any problem with the postcode download, I just downloaded it again to try without any problem, as pointed out in the earlier post, just press the BIG blue DOWNLOAD button once the page opens.

No contradiction. When I hit the Download button on the page nothing happens. On the same page there are "opportunities" to download crapware which may or may not enable the file to be downloaded.

The link I was referring to is the link from post 1. I am able to recognise that the item in your post 7 is a graphic of the button in the page from which I should be able to download the zip file.... "the .gif suffix gives it away" he says with ladles of sarcasm.

Not withstanding this spat and despite oldfogey's comment I am unable to download the file using either Chrome or Mozilla on Windows 7 or XP.
