It is often just a matter of trying.
In most cases, when using Jdownloader, a file like that starts after less than 10 tries.
Simply restart the download a couple of times to get a free slot.

I have checked my backup folder and the file "zip" is in there (original folder copy) so clearly your new files have over-written the existing folder immediately the archive was opened up. Yes so it's OBVIOUSLY working. Thanks very much, now I know what to do next time for every map and postcode update.
