I thought the automatic install was just a case of opening the exe, pointing the program to the tomtom device and clicking install. I might need a bit of clarification if possible.
Thanks

Any ideas?

3. I am trying to learn here but it seems like a steep learning curve with many different configurations. Any help on the subject is greatly appreciated. I don't want to be spoon fed, just a point in the right direction.
4. There are thousands of threads with thousands of variables and because my satnav is quite old I'm finding it hard to keep up.
5. Also, I'm looking at the compatability chart and I can't find version 8083 in the navcore section. There is one that is close 803X but non that start 808.
