Does anyone know what this means?

You could have a corrupted archive.

You can open the first part of the archive (the .exe file) in WinRAR or another compression program and test it's validity.
If it tests okay, the file should be okay.
If you encounter errors, you might have to redownload archive parts.

Also make sure you are using a current version of WinRAR

Still having problems as discribed above.
After (re) downloading twice part 1, 2 and 3
I use AVG (free edition) to protect me from viruses. OS: WinXP
Shoud i ignore or protect me from viruses in the downloaded files?
I tried to open part 1 with 7-Zip and as result also (wrong password)
The size of te extracted files are totally approx. 1.4Gb should it not be 2.4 Gb?
What else can i do?

Maybe use Winrar5 instead?
Makes a lot of sense for Rar archives...
And there is a reason for mentioning that in the first posting too....

download [color="#B22222"]ALL[/color] of the files for the Europe 915-5075. When downloading the files make sure you get the grey box asking for the password, enter the password "navitotal" then after choosing SLOW Download wait until the download now box appears and UNCHECK the "use accelerated download" this should be done on each file you download. Then download Winrare, and unzip to a folder of your choice. When you follow this there will not be any malware. As far as your file size is concerned don't forget your dealing with ZIPPED files!

Start from scratch and delete the files you've already downloaded

Just used WinRAR 5.0 to extract the downloades files.
Still no results (password error occurs again)
(Re) Downloading all the files (UNCHECKing the "use accelerated download") i will try at last (takes a very long time)

I would download each part, 1 at a time & replace the old part with the new, then attempt to unzip. If no help, download the next part & try again. Etc, etc!!
