I want to report a problem with "Europe_East_945_6174".
File.part.04.rar is missing.
There is another file.part.04.rar of "Europe_South_945_6243".

I already posted this but can't find it, spent well over six hours so far on your site reading every page i could find related, so getting desperate for help or I give up.
I downloaded United Kingdom and ROI 945.6243_Installer and installed it on TTOne v3 Navcore v7903 (checked several times it's listed as the compatible map). The map is not showing on the device map list, I have removed and re-installed several times, run Fastactivate over and over, removed all, downloaded manual install files and placed in root directory and tried fastactivate again but always see the incomplete map error / 100307.meta.dct err in fastactivate. 100307.meta.dct is appearing inside the 6243 folder in the root directory. I also noticed that when your auto-installer connects to the internet that it quickly displays " 100307.meta.dct does not exist " I don't know if that means it can't find it via the internet but it is inside the root folder.
Hope you can help, thanks,
Dave.

Hello Tendriver,
Sorry to have to pester you, I really thought this was going to be easy and managed OK last time with the 925 auto-installer it was very easy.
I have two TT One's to do but working on the first initially. Also while I'm in contact with you please could you advise me how to imprive the connection to PC process, it takes at least 10 perhaps 20 attempts to connect to Windows 7 via USB, I have always had this problem but took advice from your forum not to change the Navcor from the 7903, which was the last one TT used for this model. I have read about boot loaders and thought it best to ask rather than mindlessly changing things.
Here are the results from your scan tool...

I suggest the following:
1. Install the 5.5120 bootloader
You can find it in the 8.351 Navcore:
[Please Register or Login to download file] Extract the sile "system" and copy to the root of your TT, after the next boot the USB problems should be fixed if you don't have a driver or hardware issue.
2. Go into the Navcore section and download one of my installers, the 9.510 or 9.540 one should be fine.
Within the installer select the version for 32mb devices and install it on your TT.
After the above you can use the full featured maps on your Tomtom and the Navcore is already patched.
You can activate the map with FastActivate.

OK thanks, I downloaded the NC 8.351 and copied the ttsystem file to the root of my TT in place of the existing. The unit is now completely dead and will not switch on at all. I have to find a card reader as I can't open via the device as it will not start up. I will put this back to as it was before (I hope) by removing and replacing the initial ttsystem file and let you know. I was folowing your instruction in order, so didn't get to the Navcore. Is replacing the Navcore the best move, I was told previously not to go beyond 7903. I did check that the auto-installer "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_945_6243" was listed as compatible with 7903 but if your saying upgrade Navcore to 9.510 or 9.540 then it must not be?
I appreciate your trying to help me but as this has already gone wrong I am still in doubt about changing the Navcore. I can see from the error codes in Fastactivate and TTCurrentConfi that the autoinstallation is "incomplete map" or missing dct.
I will now try to find a card reader and restore to original. Thanks,
Dave.
