AFAIK it is the latest HK map for which there is a meta.
There is a link to Smoozed but they want money before even confirming that they still have the file!

But i have a big problem:

Im going to the canary islands SOON and need maps for my tom-tom(s) (720 & 630), but its a pain in the a*s to find any WITH meta codes, sot that's why im trying to download them from this OLD place.

But the links are DEAD for:
