There is no real difference.
But I doubt that one area will have both types of map with same size. <--- well, skip that.
Both maps run on lowest navcore and have fewest functionality.

I see the 14 parts that I can download from filefactory. But I only can download one file/day or so...
And I get this problem a lot...
