does appear in one of TomTom's maps but there is only 19% coverage:

Good find, fredderf!
Unfortunately it appears that no such map has been available with meta code. Bit of a theoretical practice.
Also TT indicates that this map is only compatible with new models (GO 40/400, GO 50/500/510/5100/GO 60/600/610/Mobile Corfu/Rider 40/400).
That's a shame. Would be nice if it would pop up soon for other devices. Especially if TomTom would drastically improve the coverage of Cuba and other areas.
By the way, next to hating what TT has done with the European Zone maps I also hate the new map shop on which you can no longer look for maps starting with your own device model.

You can alway,s use Home with your account and you see wich maps to buy for your device.
Fri May 06, 2016 10:10 am
Even so, if you have e.g. a XL Classic which runs navcore 9.510 TomTom Home will not give you the information about maps you know you can carry.
Fri May 06, 2016 10:15 am
That is right but TomTom give the info when you are using the last original navcore for the device. Yoy can,t expect that they give info for a device that use a non regular navcore.

Yes, but that's why I'm stating that the previous version of TT's map shop was way better.
It's pointless and ridiculous if you are hiding the difference in maps for TTH and MyDrive devices.

New maps in a few days. See if newer version is better.

Previous was indeed better for the free maps market but TT works not for the free maps market.
The are hiding notting you have to think as a buyer

I see your point but still it's not valid.
Say, I'm a honest, valid TomTom client and I update my maps on a regular base.
Suppose I like to travel between my home country and various holiday countries between Portugal, Denmark, Germany and Italy. I'm thinking of Europe_South, 965_7520.
Nowadays TomTom has made it virtually impossible to choose a suitable map, certainly without hassling with zones.
If anything a lot of people want more countries to be added like Poland and Croatia.
This way, TT is chasing their customers away (or forcing them to buy new LTM devices).
Anyway, I hope 970 will be a return to common sense and will comply with customer's wishes.

I disagree and about customers wishes the future is for the LTM devices but anyway we can always hope.

United States 1GB 965 7281 - has Part2 twice and missing Part1. Renaming doesn't work (missing files).

The links are working fine, also look at the compatibility chart in post #1 to see the differences between the maps
