Size is just like any other file. (Europe East 970.7490_Installer.part03.rar = 209 715 200 bytes, Europe East 970.7490_Installer.part04.rar = 209 715 200 bytes, Europe East 970.7490_Installer.part05.rar = 209 715 200 bytes, etc.)
I downloaded that file ten times on different computers; the same error.
There are two places downloaded: http://www.relink.to/view.php?id=223a8cd1a8c386d8d3f1ca803d6036 and http://www.relink.to/view.php?id=c4585e378ef1092550a59e85dd7dc6. The file I downloaded from: http://www.relink.to/getfile.php. What to do?

try install this antivirus www.eset.com nod8 or 9 (trial 30 days) and you can see

Popeye, our map maven, doesn't post anything with malware or a virus in it. You are getting a false positive. Ignore it!!!
