It is not down at all. The problem is that you have not read the topic properly. In the beginning it said.

THERE IS A PROBLEM REPORTING OFFLINE FILES. IF FILES APPEAR TO BE OFFLINE, THEY ARE NOT. JUST CLICK ON FILE TO DOWNLOAD

So the next time first read.

no metas available foe Central and Eastern Europe for 990 maps
look at chart on first post

You can use any map that we already have a meta code for but if you want a direct replacement for the map you've got on there at the moment:

i downloaded de map central europe 990-8306 the metacode voor this map is there but fast activate give an dct error incomplete map

but the map is complete

It depends which map you're talking about...

Central Europe 990.8306 = No meta available
Europe Central 990.8306 = Meta is available

Check exactly which map meta you need on this page

Make sure you read the notes at the bottom of post #1 too

Hello I want to know which card 990 I have to put in my tomtom xl v9 with 1Gb of storage I already tried several card more I always the problem dct error with fast activate
