That is what I do : deleting all cspeech files and replacing the POI.dat file with the POI.dat file from the single map of France. The device works fine, But TTH don't.

The link to Europe_South_990_8306 maps does not inlude Benelux and Germany.
So i think it is Southern Europe instead of Europe South.

No, unfortunately starting from v965 Europe_South does not include these countries anymore. So that is the case for over one year. You'll have to pick another map or even mess around with two maps.

But te picture of te countries still show Benelux and Germany

Hi where can I found the map size before downloading ?
I want to try out the Europe 990.8317 map on my GO700 with NC 7.903 but that one is to big so I am looking for a smaller Europe map in the 8317 range.

You can use Western_Europe 990.8317 which is 2106MB on your 2.5GB harddisk in your Go700
However there is no meta for that map.
You can put DSA Navcore 9510 on your Go700 with no emulation.
Than you can use high level map Western_Europe 990.8306 which is 2126MB with lane guidance ALG and IQ routes etc.
I also tested that you can use even a computer voice like Xander with VocalizerTTS which guides you to spoken motorway numbers, streetnames etc.
Disadvantage: the remote control unit you cannot use. Instead use a ballpoint for the keyboard.

Thanks rotop, DSA 9.510 works with Benelux 990.8306 and now I am downloading North Europe 990.8306 and I let it know when it is ready
