Hi guys, i have a huge problem.

i left my tomtom on the table, and my little one, has taken my sd out of the tomtom, en threw it by the garbage

Now i have a tomtom with the stupid screen that the sd is missing.

replacing the sd is not a issue, but finding my ttgo.bif does.

it was on my sd, and i cant find in on the internal device.

have you guys an idea?

I expected a little more knowledge after all the years.
Navcore on SD Card.
SD card in One and startup till announcement no map found.
Now you have a bif file.

Hi mate, thanks for your reply.
i havent had this failure before, so i didnt know how to handle it.

But itried what you have suggested, i put the navcore on the sd, and started up the one xl.

i didnt get the announcement that the map was not fount, but i got a sf with a cross in it.

i cant get further than this.

i tried 2 sd cards, just to exclude the fact that maybe he wont accept this type of sd.
but this doesnt work.

the weird part is, there is a version of on the device when i get the sd out, but when i connect a cable to my laptop , en turn the device on, it wont show up in my computer.

do you have any ideas?

holeyhead, i think i figured it out.

i had bought the tomtom last thursday from old people, but i didnt checked if it was the original sd or a flashed sd.
i was checking in de black screen and the device has a bootloader 5.3026.

is this the reason he wont accept my sd to make another ttgo.bif?

Yes the same as you did in the past update the bootloader to 5.5022.

the thing is, i dont have the bootloader on my pc anymore, can you tell me where to get it please?
