hey allz
i have tom tom xxl gps 5 inch(4epo.001.05) screen and mistakenly, format my gps memory and i lost everything.
now i dont know which software was installed on my gps which version of map( America Canada & maxico).
is there any way to make it again working or need to buy new one. any suggestion will be appreciated thanx

XXL current navcore is 9.510. TT Home will install it for you.

Current USA, C & M map is:
USA_Canada_and_Mexico_920_5271 [1380MB] OR
USA_Canada_and_Mexico_920_5271 with Automatic Installer & Patcher
; USA_Canada_and_Mexico v920.5271

I tried fo install map which u advised but after install this map 920...gives me error loading map plz help me

Your Tomtom won't say "Eroor loading map", if you want help we need specific infos and the correct error messages as displayed on the TT or shown by FastActivate.
All this can be avoided if a user takes the time to read the instructions we provide - and follows them.
To get started we also have a good tutorial section.

i installed this map on my device (xxl tomotm) but its give me error " you cannot use this map on this device usa-canada-maxico-858"
i follllowed ur insturction step by step .after downloading map also used fastactivate but map gives me error load plz tell me where i am wrong thanx for ur reply in advance

If this jpg is from TT Home "Operate my device", then you need to patch TT Home. If you are getting this error message on your unit, you need to patch your navcore.

U mean patch with fastactivate how can I patch tthome or navcore to make it work thanx

1. Yes.
2. By carefully reading the FastActivate Latest Update instructions, then applying the required option/options.
