Download Eastern Europe 960.7075 and extract it to your device

Then download FastActivate and extract that to your device also

Run FastActivate and choose options 2 then 3

No need another bootloader ,just extract thee map to my sdcard and fast activate ?

Yes, you need a BL higher than 5.5022 to enable your device to accept sd-cards bigger than 2 gb's.

Your v4 can't use internal & external at the same time. You will need to put a complete setup on the internal or the small SDcard, until you get your bootloader upped to 5.5128

I download boot loader =55242, and a Navcore 9056 in my Sd card, after maps Central and Eastern Europe 960_7056 work great with voices from my backup.
