How do you download files???

I have selected the Europe Truck (12 parts), went from Navitotal to Linksave.in and then the files are stored in my account in FileFactory. How can I download them from there? If I've done something wrong then an idiots guide would be good.

Have you checked here?
Since every hoster is different we don't have specific guides, instead we use common sense

Open your account in FileFactory. Starting with part 1, download each part by clicking the single downward pointing orange arrow for that part under the word "Download". DO NOT CHOOSE “ALL PARTS”

I opened my account in FileFactory and it shows all 12 files there. There is however no orange arrow uner the word download. That's why I'm puzzled..... all it shows is about paying extra to upgrade.

Can you take a screenshot of the page that shows the 12 parts & post it here?

PS: I hope you didn't buy an account, just to download the Truck map.

Part 1 is not the same map as parts 2 thru 12.

Didn't notice that, yet they all come from the same listing for that map so the site must have it wrong?

Which link did you use for the Truck map?

Since quite a lot of our members had no problem downloading and using the truck map I can only assume user error.

I selected the link from Navitotal for the Europe Truck 905.4758 with the automatic installer & patcher. This then took me to the Linksave.in site where they were listed as I sent you so I don't see that as user error, more of a listing error on Linksave.in

Well, even the automatic installer has parts with corresponding file names...
