I currently have a 965.7283 USA map
I have tried looking for an updated USA IQ map that will fit on the limited space the XL has. Its under 2Gb.
Am I missing it or is there no such map?
I do have one on the computer that is a 970 map that will fit but it is not the IQ version.

There isn't a usable US IQ 970 map available at this time.

I actually found a way to use 970 maps
I have a working USA Canada 970.7494 map on my TomTom XL
Using a USA_Canada_970_7466 map meta data, USA_Canada-100772.meta file.

Essentially I replaced the the original USA_Canada_970_7494 map meta file (USA_Canada-100784.meta) that does not have meta data for it with a USA_Canada_970_7466 map meta file (USA_Canada-100772.meta) that does have the meta data and therefore patched it via fast activate.

Works great!!

FFR, if you can't use another maps meta, try removing the cspeech files to save room.

hey that's great, can you post the meta file somewhere? i have the .7494 files but don't need to down load the whole 2GB of 7466 if only the meta is what i need -
