US Map problem

I am trying to install the 905 US map that has the key gen included. I downloaded and extracted files 2-4 and 1 comes up as an exe. When I open the exe it freezes after a few minutes of extracting.

There are 2 US 905 maps with meta codes. Which 1 are you referring to?
