Was searching but couldn't find what the actual difference was in downloading the "Map" or the "Map with Automatic Installer & Patcher"?

May I assume the FastActivate is in the "Map with Automatic Installer & Patcher" ? And my same assumption is that just downloading the "Map" one would need to also download & use the FastActivate?
