No, the meta.dct was not getting created.
However, I updated FastActivate and its meta database (now displaying 27/11/2015) and it worked first time!
I previously copied-paste the meta manually into "Integrated_meta.txt" since the meta wasn't in the latest update yet, not sure how I can have cocked that up, but I must have had somehow! :bs_quesexclaim:

You can't do it by editing the Integrated_meta.txt!!! You can update the Integrated_meta.txt with option 1 or you have to create your own file titled meta.txt.

Ah ok, sorry, I didn't know that. I've been using the command line keygen for years and I used to always update my meta file manually.
I'll stick to the FastActivate update function then, thanks for the tip :023:

For clarification, first run FA option 1 to update the integrated meta.txt If no help, then create your own meta.txt file.
Read FastActivate post 1, menu item 1, for additional info.
