1. You don't. We post meta codes just to let our members know that the map, associated with a newly posted meta code, is now usable.
2. Downloaded maps have a META FILE, but not a META CODE.
3. FastActivate uses the meta code, included in an onboard file, when available, to create a .meta.dct file, which makes a patched map workable.
