Missing 960.7055 maps for USA

I was ready to start the following the tutorial for my TomTom XL, and so I went to the maps area and started to download 960_7055 for USA. However, there are no 7055 versions for any of the USA maps. Can someone repost them? I only need the continental US maps, but will take a Mexico or Canada variant too (if it includes the USA).

Also, quick question about the file downloads. The map download information page mentions using a password on the site, but I think that is either outdated information or no longer applies. Or am I downloading these in an unnecessarily painful way? (Waiting an hour to download a single 200MB file, and then having to wait an hour or two, so that the site will let me download another piece, etc) I was downloading the 960_7056 version (as a test, but I think it's still the wrong file for my TomTom XL).

There is no meta data for United_States 960.7055 released, so it would've been a waste of time downloading that map anyway.

Remember that maps are navcore specific, not device specific....also how much space you have available and if your XL has an SD card slot or not?

Run this tool, post back the results (as well as how much space you have) and we can take it from there

I'm using a Mac, so the application link didn't help, but I did locate my device's config file in the Application Support folder. I've pasted the relevant information below:

I believe my model is old enough that there might not be an SD slot on it (1GB internal is what the device has currently) but I just noticed that in the capabilities list, SDSlot is listed... If there's no slot, then I assume that I would need the 1GB USA map with version 960.7076. Is that correct?

Can you not see a physical card slot on the device? Not all XL's have an SD card slot....my old XL does but yours might not?

The 960.7076 map also has no meta data available

The best map for your navcore would be United_States 960.7075 as it DOES have meta released but at 915mb in size, it's going to be a tight squeeze

Btw: edit your last post to remove your device code highlighted in red for security reasons

The ONLY usable maps for your navcore & 1GB unit are United_States 960.7075 or United_States 1GB 960.7075. Both are 915MBs.
