Current navcore for your 730 is 9.465, & the current US map is United States 2GB 900.4602.

thanks mate..but i prefer to use the navcore that is currently available for my tomtom from tomtom home page, ie 8.351 i think it updates to then patch that navcore...use to try 9.0 navcore but seemed to slow my tomtom down...

9.465 is the navcore that is currently available for your tomtom from the tomtom home page. I have been running it on a GO since it was released last October. I have NO problems, speed or any other problems with it.
The TomTom Team does not recommend/suggest anything to our members that we have not tested & are completely satisfied with.

1. Atta Boy!! Way to go!!!
2. US zip code navigation is different than in the UK. You can only enter a 5 digit zip code, which takes you to the city & state for that zip code. You still have to enter the street & number for the desired destination.
3. Switch to the US map. Do a AB Prepare Route from a "Point on map " to a "Point on map", then run it as a Demo.
