Hi all, I have a tomtom go540, I have installed Downunder's navicore 9.71 and also tried the newer version, I have also installed europe truck maps but keep coming up with cannot use truc
with this device, routes will done in car mode or something like that.

DeviceVersionHW=GO 540 LIVE
DeviceSerialNumber=WTxxxxxxxxxx
BootLoaderVersion=55128
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9701
ApplicationVersion=1238656.1
CurrentMap=Europe_940_5963
CurrentMapVersion=940.5963

Map(s):
F:\Europe_940_5963\

A 540 doesn't need Downunder's navcore.
Look in the truck map folder for a .meta file, a .meta.dct file, a .tmeta file & a .tmeta.dct file.

Thanks for reply tendriver, there is none of them files in the truck folder.
My 540 was originally a standard one, I formatted it then had to reinstall navcore as I thought that was what i was supposed to do, I have ran FastActive to update the ttgo.bif file as well as voices etc but there is still no meta file or any of the other files

Every map has a .meta file. The truck map also has a .tmeta file containing the "Truck Attributes". The patcher uses them to create the .meta.dct file & .tmeta.dct file.
Download the truck map again.

The first lock-on tends to be a bit slow after a major upgrade.
