3. It appears that in point 1 you put the 9.510 navcore on a SD card. Then in points 2 & 3, It appears that you put the 5963 map on the One XL internal memory. If this is correct, then that is you problem. The entire setup must either be on a card or on the internal but not both.

The XL can have them on internal memory too but can't access internal and SD memory at the same time.
And why did you patch the Navcore? It was already patched...
Do you have a .dct file in your map folder?
Did FastActivate give any error message?
