Hi guys I have a little problem.

I have a TT XL 32 mb with 979 mb memory. I want to use the newest map 950. In order to use this map I need a new navicore. I can install both without a problem.

The problem is that they wont fit both on my tomtom. I live in the Netherlands and I need Belgium and Germany aswell. So that leaves me with Western or Northen Europe. The smallest map is like 890 mb plus 115 mb navicore. So they wont both fit.

I don't care about the navicore. Aslong I have the newest map with netherlands Belgium and Germany. Anyone a suolution for this? Cuz I have been tryin for days now. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Add a SD card to your TT
Only basic soldering skills required and a tutorial for it can be found in the corresponding section.
There are DE and BE maps available but at least for Belgium nothing at all current.
If you have a SD slot you are free to use any map on a SD big enough anyway...

Use navcore 8.014 instead (20MB)

And use Europe_1GB_North_950.6544 [900 MB]

It doesnt have a SD slot. And I rather not open it to solder it. I don't have 1. I have many tomtoms that I need to update.

Will 8.014 work 950.xxx ??? Because on the table it says it only works with 8.06x. I can have a try anyway. Thanks.

8.014 is compatible with 950.6491, 6544, 6545, & 6546
