I have one activated TomTom map on a SD card. How do I do configurate my GO630 to use this card and not the old card to the internal memory of the TomTom?

If "activated" means you have patched the SD card map with a patching tool, then you must also patch the navcore & old map. Then go; Main Menu, Change preferences, Switch maps.
