TomTom xl live map western europe....

I am all new to this so bear with me. My mother made a mistake updating her TT. Now her XL Live works.....accept the western europe map. Tried everything (installing new maps) but all the time i get the error "this map is not suitable for this machine..." Which map do i need? Where can i get it?

You just have a minor patching issue. Run FastActivate to patch the navcore & maps.
