You only need 4 things on the card.
1. A navcore.
2. A map folder.
3. A copy of your device's ttgo.bif file.
4. A copy of FastActivate.exe.
Run FastActivate Option 2 to patch your map & Option 3 to patch the navcore.
Disconnect & reboot. Done.

Edited for step by step.
1. Put a navcore on the blank card.
2. Put a map folder on the blank card.
3. Put a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file on the blank card.
